1. Application of Ultrafine Grinding Machine in Aquatic Feed Production

The ultrafine pulverizer is a machine that uses the high-speed rotation of the pulverizing disk. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is crushed by the impact of the hammer installed on the pulverizing disk, and then it is spun to the surrounding gear ring at a very high speed. The airflow between the hammer and the gear ring is instantaneously alternating due to the change of the tooth surface. The material is subjected to alternating stress in this gap and is further and thoroughly crushed under this repeated action.

The crushed material enters the pulverizing and grading chamber, and is graded by the rotating grading wheel under the balance of the air force and centrifugal force. The separated coarse material returns to the pulverizing chamber from the bottom of the inner cavity of the guide cover and is repeatedly crushed, so that the fine material (finished product) is sucked into the grading impeller and enters the pulverizing discharge chamber.
