Working Principle Of Tub Grinder
During operation, the tub grinder’s motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Simultaneously, the feed hopper undergoes slow rotation under the motor’s influence. Materials are introduced into the hopper, where internal paddles evenly distribute them onto the rotor. The high-speed rotation of the rotor causes the materials to undergo preliminary crushing through the cutting and tearing action of the blades. Subsequently, the processed materials that meet specifications fall onto the screen mesh within the crushing chamber under the combined effect of gravity and rotor impact. Those materials meeting requirements are discharged through the screen mesh, while those not meeting specifications undergo secondary or even tertiary crushing within the chamber until they meet the desired criteria.
